Please indicate all events you will take part in as well as your hotelreservation.
All registrants will receive a confirmation email by the end of April
2005.
Conference
fee
The conference fee is 350 euros, for Ph.D. students the fee is 190
euros. The conference fee includes
the scientific programme, proceedings, lunches and coffees, welcome reception
and conference dinner, transportations between hotels and conference venue
as well as transportations to evening programmes.
Method
of payment
Please note that if your paper is accepted for the conference the conference
fee should be paid by April 15, this entitles the paper to be published
in the proceedings.

Cancellation
of Registration and Accommodation
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing to ait05@uwasa.fi
by April 30, 2005. No fees will be refunded after this. A processing
fee of 50 eur will be deducted from all refunds.
Conference
hotels
Accommodation has been reserved for conference participants at the following
hotels: Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Hotel Vaakuna, Hotel Tekla. The hotel
prices are found on the registration
form. Rooms are reserved on a 'first come, first served'-basis
so remember to indicate your first and second choice of hotel. All hotell
fees includes breakfast, service and VAT. Note that all hotel fees are
payable directly to the hotel upon departure. All cancellations or possible
changes should be made in writing to Bothnia Congress. "Noshows"
will be charged the full amount.
