FEES

For degree students there is the Student Union membership fee of FIM 484 to pay but for exchange students this is optional. The fee includes health care.
A fee of FIM 500 is charged of all extra students in order to cover administrative costs. Only for the study programme „Multimedia Authoring Systemsľ is a special fee of FIM 5,000 required. These fees should be paid beforehand and the receipt is to be shown upon registration at the University of Vaasa. Extra students do not pay the Student Union membership fee.
Note that exchange students are not required to pay any of these fees.
