If Going Skiing...

Downhill skiing is among one of those things that I love to do. I have learned it in
Porvoo where they have a couple of short trails. Well, to tell the truth, I did not think
they were so short at the time when I looked down for the first time. I remember my
first thought was: "Oooh! May be it is time to take a lift and go down!". And may be that
would have been the end of it if I did not see a bunch of five year old kids gaily and
easily sliding down one after another. As I watched those tiny kids managing so well,
I pictured myself gracefully going down: right ,left, right, left.... I became
determined to get to the bottom of that trial. So I went....when suddenly my skies became
drivers of their own with the rest of me acting as a brake. Well, I did get to the bottom and
it was not only the bottom of the trial!
